Note to customers
Unfortunately, I'm not taking new clients at this time
I have decided to go from full time to part time and only keep existing clients for now. I'm available Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 1:30 pm. Below is a list of some pet sitters. The first two, I am more familiar with and know they have both been in business for years. The other pet sitters I have seen on either Facebook or the Nextdoor App. I do not know them, but seem to be legitimate.

Services/Policies
Pets we service
Always Sitting Pretty, LLC provides services tailored to the varying needs of our clients and their pets. We take care of dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, exotics, fish and rodents.
Free initial consultation (approx 30-60 mins)
This is when we have our one on one meeting with you and your pet(s) to discuss your personalized care. We will note all the care instructions for your pet and home. This is also when we get two keys from you to make sure they work. One for the visits and one to be locked up in our office for backup.
In-home visits include:
- playing / exercising / walking
- feed and water
- clean in and around litter box
- clean up any accidents
- clean cage(s) for birds/rodents/exotics
- poo pick up (in yard and on walks)
- adjust lights and window coverings for security
- bring in mail / newspaper / packages
- water plants (inside and outside)
- take trash to and from curb
- lots of love and attention
Policies for dogs and cats
There is no fee for additional pets. Fees are charged by amount of time for visits.
Please have proof of current vaccinations/shots for dogs and cats at first consultation.
Dogs:
* we require a minimum of 1 visit for every 8 hours you are away. Unless someone else is also visiting. Schedule as many visits as you'd like.
Cats:
*we require a minimum of 1 visit every other day. We recommend at least 1 visit per day.. Schedule as many visits as you'd like.
Medications
- topical medications - no charge
- oral medications - no charge
- fees for any other medications can be discussed at the consultation
Holidays
- There is a $5 per visit charge on the day of the holiday. These holidays include: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day
- I believe it is very important to spend time with family whenever possible, so Always Sitting Pretty is closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
Payments
- Cash or check due before service starts
- There will be a $50 service charge for all returned checks
- Please make check payable to: Always Sitting Pretty, LLC
Cancellation Policy
- There is a $10 charge for same day cancellations. This does not include weather related cancellations (snow, ice, cold etc) or coming home early from out of town.
- There is no fee for last minute reservations.
